Alongside our consultancy work, Social Technologies builds and operates its own software. These are products, not projects: merchants subscribe to them directly, install them themselves, and use them without our involvement. We develop them, host them, support them, and are responsible for them.

How we work
We host and operate everything
Our software runs on infrastructure we manage. There is nothing for you to install or maintain beyond the app itself.
We support what we build
Questions go to someone who works on the product, not a ticket queue. Our published target is a reply within 48 hours on working days.
We are careful with your data
Our products read the minimum they need, store the minimum they can, and send nothing to third parties beyond the service you connected them to. Each product has its own privacy policy setting out exactly what it touches.
